A small & beautiful carpet from the huge & eerie installation of artist Christoph Buchel called Simply Botiful at Hauser & Wirth Gallery in London. This kind of carpets are made in Afghanistan. They usually depict symbols of wars between Afganistan and it's neighbours. I have written previously about these amazing carpets when I found some russian-afgani war era ones in a vintage store .
