Also... I am still a bit fat on this photo, I know it sounds silly, but for my sports goals (Ironman triathlon) I need to loose all the extra fat. If you like this kind of look it should be easy to get, you just need to run. Running is the best form of exercise. And just a bit of upper body workout which you dont even need a gym for. However my training consists of around 4 hours a day of endurance training. Burning up to 4000kCal a day, sometimes even as much as 8000kCal (its max consumption that happens rarely but does happen).
